It feels like I’ve been making photos forever. I’m a very visual individual and I’ve always seen compositions. My first camera was a blue Micro 110 my dad gave me in the late 80’s, and in middle school I shot black and white and learned my way around the darkroom. In the mid 2000’s I had a trusty point and shoot digital camera that shot many famous dj’s in the underground drum n’ bass club scene in Malmö and Copenhagen. I didn’t level up my photo gear until some years later when I bought a Canon 80D, because I grew tired of being bound to use either the 35mm point and shoot or my iphone. And with new lenses came a rush of inspiration that hasn’t died out yet.

I had cycled around Malmö with my trusty fixie bike and camera in hand for years, but I grew tired of the city. I heard the call of the wild. I spent more and more time in the woods, when all of a sudden, love made me pack my things and move away from Skåne. Now I live in Falun, and I’m searching high and low, far and wide, for unseen angles and hidden places.
